- The product is unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- All original packaging, labels, tags, and accessories are intact
- No parts are missing and the item remains in resale-ready condition
For hygiene and quality reasons, we reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items and Reasons
For hygiene, safety, and fairness, certain items or circumstances are not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:
- Bedding products that have been used, slept on, washed, or laundered
- Items showing stains, odors, hair, fabric damage, or other signs of use

- Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories
